What if I’m not happy with my portrait?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order! We offer free revisions to ensure your portrait captures your pet’s unique personality perfectly. Just let us know what adjustments you'd like, and we’ll make it right.
What options can I choose for my portrait?
You can add a special date, choose a unique movie-style title, and even include a synopsis if you select our cinematic option. Just let us know your preferences during the order process!
Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?
Absolutely! You can add more than one pet to your portrait for an additional fee. Just upload clear photos of each pet, and we’ll work to capture them all together in the final artwork.
Do you only draw dogs and cats?
Not at all! Our artists can create portraits of any pet, from birds to rabbits to reptiles. If you have a unique pet, just upload a clear photo, and we’ll turn them into a star.
Can I get a preview before the portrait is shipped?
Yes! We’ll send a digital proof for your approval. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll proceed with printing and shipping if you've ordered a physical product.
What should the photo quality be like?
The clearer, the better! High-resolution, well-lit photos at your pet's eye level work best. If there are any issues with the image quality, we’ll reach out to request a new one to ensure the best possible result.
What sizes do you offer for prints?
Our digital files are suitable for a variety of print sizes. Physical posters and canvases come in multiple size options, which you can select during the ordering process. Check our product details for specific dimensions.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it at no charge. After that, if we’ve begun the artwork, a cancellation fee of $7.95 will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
