Our artists usually complete each custom pet portrait within 2-3 business days. Once completed, we’ll send you a digital proof to review. After approval, any physical prints will take additional time for production and shipping.

Yes! We’ll send a digital proof for your approval. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll proceed with printing and shipping if you've ordered a physical product.
What should the photo quality be like?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it at no charge. After that, if we’ve begun the artwork, a cancellation fee of $7.95 will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
